1. Concierge desk- Almost two nights I stayed what I have noticed morning time concierge join at 9 am and there long queue starts by that time. Socially weekend when they know it will be very busy then why they don’t put two staff to assist the guest. On 30 March I was standing in the line 40-45 minutes and all guests were getting annoyed. 2. I do not know the name when I checked out 31 March today room number 2638 I called to pick up my luggage from room because it was a bit heavy for me. I waited 10-15 minutes because my check out time was 14.00 hrs. However I decided to drag the bags by myself and I came to the concierge. Again I repeat I don’t know his name who supposed to pick up my luggage from room. He looked at me and his facial impression was completely disturbed or annoying. First I am guest in the hotel second as a staff he should say sorry because he was late to pick up luggage from my room. Third I really don’t care if he’s angry or upset because it doesn’t matter to me. What matters most I smiled at him and he just turned his face which is really disgusting. 3. Breakfast - Staffs are busy I do understand because during breakfast they get lot of guests. But when they clear any table it seems like they will break the plates. Cup, dish anything because the way they clean the table it’s very loud and breakfast people expect peace and calm

I do like every thing but the most thing i do like every one working there i was have aproblem with my flight with my kids and came very early morning they let me ckeck in very early My little son is changed the number of safty box at 2a.m and i will check out after 3hours only i find asecurity com after 5minuits and solve the problems even door men was very helpful to find acap and helping me and my children to mive Now i say if i will go to NYC absloutly iwill choose westin❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a great room on the 43 floor where we got a view of the Empire State building. They give you $35 toward food for each day but their prices are high and would easily go over that amount. However we talked with some of the security guards and they recommended a place for breakfast that was a short walk and it was great food. We really appreciated their help and kindness.

We couldn’t have had better bed. Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do. Super helpful staff. Really enjoyed the experience.
