Perfect location. Everything within easy walking distance. The bus station to take the coach to New Jersey outlet mall just across the road. The underground metro and Broadway right on your doorstep. Could not have asked for a better location. We had a room with 2 double beds that were super comfy and a view of Madam Tousourds. For the gym rats the gym is perfectly equipped for a good workout. Everyone in the hotel were super friendly and we felt perfectly safe when stepping outside the hotel.

Liked? Wow, a lot of things. - Location (literally in the middle of the Theatre District) and very close to Subway stations. - Comfortable, with an excellent king bed (which I shared with my two small kids). - Good bed linens (my kids loved... it was hard to wake them up). - Perfect view from my room on the 43th floor (I could see the Empire States, the Times Square, Brooklin Bridge etc). - From my floor I could hear sirens, so I can say my suite was very quiet (but listening the city noises is also a NY experience). - Good natural lightning (lots of windows). And good curtains to keep the room real dark in the morning. - Excellent shower, with blindex, good water pressure and also with a nice view! Loved the shampoo and body wash. - Good elevators with good waiting times. That's it. Recommend it!

1. Concierge desk- Almost two nights I stayed what I have noticed morning time concierge join at 9 am and there long queue starts by that time. Socially weekend when they know it will be very busy then why they don’t put two staff to assist the guest. On 30 March I was standing in the line 40-45 minutes and all guests were getting annoyed. 2. I do not know the name when I checked out 31 March today room number 2638 I called to pick up my luggage from room because it was a bit heavy for me. I waited 10-15 minutes because my check out time was 14.00 hrs. However I decided to drag the bags by myself and I came to the concierge. Again I repeat I don’t know his name who supposed to pick up my luggage from room. He looked at me and his facial impression was completely disturbed or annoying. First I am guest in the hotel second as a staff he should say sorry because he was late to pick up luggage from my room. Third I really don’t care if he’s angry or upset because it doesn’t matter to me. What matters most I smiled at him and he just turned his face which is really disgusting. 3. Breakfast - Staffs are busy I do understand because during breakfast they get lot of guests. But when they clear any table it seems like they will break the plates. Cup, dish anything because the way they clean the table it’s very loud and breakfast people expect peace and calm

We had a great room on the 43 floor where we got a view of the Empire State building. They give you $35 toward food for each day but their prices are high and would easily go over that amount. However we talked with some of the security guards and they recommended a place for breakfast that was a short walk and it was great food. We really appreciated their help and kindness.
